The Superstar was introduced in 1969 as the first low-top basketball shoe to feature an all-leather upper and the now famous rubber shell toe.
By the mid 70's, three-quarters of all NBA players were wearing the new shell toe shoes from adidas, and the superstar has been in production ever since.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend whose feet are quite large. We find it very hard to find shoes for him, but these shoes were just perfect! The size and width was true and everything worked out great. The low price on the shoes were great as well.

I've always been a fan of the Adidas Superstar II. Its very stylish, simple and comfortable for everyday wear. I just wish they still made this style in the suede blue and white they had years ago. Overall, I love this shoe!
