These shoes accomodate my wider instep with bunyons just fine. I could not tell from the shoebuy description that this was a XC shoe with the extra lumps on the bottom for off road running. I may not have purchased them but they should be fine for the mix of walking and jogging that I do. When I do head out into the XC course it is nice to know they will help to keep my feet dry.

I had bought another pair of Brooks that were fitted for me for exercise. I loved the way the shoe fit with an insole added for extra support, however I felt it was too long so seized the opportunity to buy another pair when I found them on shoebuy. These are a smaller shoe and I think they fit perfectly with the insole. Great exercise shoe, I would recommend them to anyone.
