First - Good stuff: Great leather; if so desired, it polishes up real well. Hard working boot and great tread. Second - Weak part: The "stiched" look around sole is just that, a "look". Soles are glued. Mine have seperated twice on each boot. After taking them to boot repair once I have since "fixed" them myself. By using compound glue from auto parts store and small wood screws, the problem seems to be fixed.
