Comfortable and roomy with two VELCRO® adjustable straps and back buckle, Rene has great Euro styling with a wide shank and oblique toe.
The wide shank provides a wide ball-of-foot base for stability and a "Rocker Bottom" that moves the foot forward during walking. The soft cork insole can even be removed for prescribed orthotics, or replaced when needed.
The shock-absorbing outsole disperses energy so your feet, knees and back will thank you. Fully leather lined.

I thought that the shoe was very sharp looking. It fit well and is very comfortable. I really like the Drew line of shoes.

I usually have to buy Drew one size smaller than usual but this one I had to order true to size. I wear a brace on one foot so a back on the sandal helps in the comfort. The adjustable straps help to individualize each foot for fit. The removable soles help accomodate the brace and can easily fit your orthotic. I wore them to work one day brand new and they were quite comfortable except for a slight irritation from the front strap across the toes. I hope the leather will soften with wear and not cause any more irritation. Very happy with the look also.

I have a collapsed foot and need a sandal with a heel instead of a sling. This shoe seems to work fine and gives more support in the heel and ankle then the traditional sandal
