Though I felt the shoe was a little larger and wider than usual, I just wear a heavier sock. I am a diabetic with neuropathy and this shoe has plenty of toe room. It is marvelously supportive and keeps your feel steady so your back motion is controlled. The full leather upper & lining equal superior quality. The cork insole makes the shoe fit better with each wearing.
