The insole was hard. No cushioning makes them a poor choice for long walks. The shoe fits well and looks good. It is a light grey-beige not as shown (nearly white). I will be looking for something with a softer insole for walking.
Wears this shoe: I bought them for walking for exercise but will use around the house.
