The single velcro strap is perfect for a person that needs to readjust the shoe throughout the day because of foot swelling. Fits well and gives good support.

This shoe is wonderful, I bought it for my Dad that his ankles that swell often and then go back to normal. These shoes are great. He has had a hard time looking for shoes - they make him feel more secure on his feet - I am so thankful that we found these. Great value!!! I am thinking about buying another pair in black - we bought the brown and they are very attractive.

They are very comfortable and stylish. I have problems with my feet and ankles swelling and the strap and velcro fasteners are much easier on my feet than laced fasteners. I'm more than satisified with my purchase.
