I've finally found a brand that carries a true narrow size. And the inside of this shoe is absolutely smooth, with no seams or edges to chafe. If the rest of their shoes are like this one, I'll probably end up with all their styles.

I have worn Trotters for the past 30 years and was so glad to find them again. Because of my size (4 1/2 or 5), it's hard for me to find shoes! These loafers are my favorite shoe, regardless of what I wear! They fit well and go with everything. I have them in red, gray, black, and taupe.
